"Day 14, part 2: Don't go see 'SIGNS'!!!"
Ok, I don't know if you guys can tell but chapple is really pissed about his shoe situation with the DAYS INN in Portland Oregon. ok, I just wanted to say that... Well it was a nice, interesting day off. Some of the guys went to see SIGNS and said it was a piece of sh*t, so keep that in mind before you plop down that $10 (is that how much it cost these days?) Me? I did some laundry and just sort of took in the humidity/rain/quasi-tornado weather that is Cleveland, Ohio. My friend, Jim Laspesa, told me tonight (on the phone) that Cleveland is the armpit of the midwest. Actually, the left armpit, to be exact. Buffalo, he assured me, is the right armpit. he's from Buffalo and has no intention of going back, i'm guessin'... well, I got a nice letter from Claire, in Paris, telling me about how the LOVE site doesn't have all the information. we apologise and, being on the road it's not so easy to keep up the site, which is David Chapple (the bassist) juggling that with touring duties; not an easy feat. However, Dave has included 2 worthy sites to fill in the voids until we return to the city of angels... So, it's
Buffalo tomorrow and then Boston, New York (twice) and Philly. The
USA experience has been something else, I must say. But never boring! =====
