Hi Scott,

Yes, the upgraded version is a bit new and needs a bit of investigation, but once you are used to that, it's easy. The new posts are highlighted in RED on the left side of the page.Or do you mean something else?
On the upper right you se the "Bell" icon which indicates that there is a new post

There are no new items.I only created a new forum which is called: Trouble and Issues, it's the last Forum in the list

Ahhh, but I have to click ob the "bell" icon to view, right? It shows a number (how many new or unread posts and then I have to click on the BELL...got it. I hope others figure it out soon!

Cheers!

Maybe we need a new a header on this to show the new forum features ...like to edit: use the checked box icon

Great new visual feel to the forum. Totally surprised when I logged on just now. I like the photos of the individual Doors you have chosen to feature at the top of the site. Definite thumbs up.

Thanks very much! I wanted to find a picture that catches the essence of The Doors and found it in this pic.

A HUGE thank you to Ed's brother JeroenT. Without his help, this upgrade would not have been possible.

I'm glad to see everyone's diggin' the new layout. =)

A ton of work must have been put into this and it was clearly worth it. Will enjoy figuring out the new theme. Thanks Ed and the others involved for all their efforts!

PS: where's the like button? :P

Good to be back, too! Been to a concert with Arlo and diggin every second of Alice's Restaurant and Thanksgiving. WOW, what a fun and nostalgic experience. It's been 46 years since I heard and saw The Motorcycle Song, sung live by him. Woooooooooo! :D

Nice! Arlo is such an icon...not to be missed. I saw Tom Rush last summer in a small venue in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Maybe the finest live experience of my life... and I saw Cream & Airplane in the 60's! Tom Rush is to me in a class with Arlo--like no others. One of the finest finger style guitar & open tuning players I've heard and his vocal work is as beautiful as it was in 1968. (Tom taught Joni Mitchel open tuning, Tom related during the show, "Then, Joni went on to master her unique open tuning style, and surpassed us all!".)

See these icons before they are gone....
