What's in your Doors Collection?

I know someone via The Traders' Den who did a real nice job cleaning up the Velvet Underground acetate. So I'd ask anyone who did a vinyl transfer of the mono albums to do it in stereo. The guy who cleaned up the acetate was able to create a plugin that used the stereo channels to create one clean mono track (the acetate was originally in mono). The result was an amazingly cleaned up version with a lot less clicks and pops that didn't lose any audio fidelity. Otherwise, someone could use ClickRepair, which I've found does the best job at removing vinyl pops.

Test pressing's of AL with Elektra sheet. The previous owners name is writen on the label. Yes, I played them to make sure it wasn't Benny Goodman & His Orchestra.

Does anyone know what a 1st printing of a concert poster for The Doors at the Earl Warren Showgrounds in Santa Barbara, CA on 4/29/1967 (pic below) might be worth?

UM69: I don't think the Earl Warren poster was worth the asking price, that one is more common and can be found on some online dealer sites.
I also saw that Vancouver 68 copy, but since it just a copy I didn't feel the need to get it. An original went for about $200 not long ago. The Berkely 68 handbill was $200, but would have been much lower. I don't know why people feel the need to get into a bidding war when there is 5,4 or 3 days left? If there's no reserve, just wait. 2 guys were trying to outbid each other when there was 2 days left, that's just dumb. Nice ad, that one guy has a lot. I got some from him, I was able to get him to accept my offers which were like half or less of what he had them listed for.
Was the Dallas handbill on Ebay? Mind me asking what you paid? I have a MINT copy and have no idea what it would be worth. I know a poster recently went for about $3500.

If so, that`s not the one I`m talking about....I think the one on ebay started around $275 or something, the one I`m talking about started at $75 on another auction-site.

I paid $90 for that one, on ebay..it was missing a small piece of the upper left corner and a very small chip was missing on the left side, so it went for a nice price....

The next one I`ll be going after is the handbill for The Doors` appearence at Stony Brook University Men's GymSept. 23rd, 1967...
I bid on a copy approx. two years ago but it slipped through my fingers at the very last moment..It`s not going to happen again

Funny how the 'purple' poster above shows the name of the band 'Sopwith Camel'.

I just recently heard of them and now have both of their albums. Very interesting stuff!
