Hi Vince, What are your thoughts on Max Fink? and how do you feel he represented jim at the miami trial?.

Well, I would say that he did not do the best job because he did not have me testify regards me efforts to keep Jim's pants where they should have been or about an octave higher.

He was fighting a system that had Jim convicted without a trial. The trial merely formalized the drive to convict him and make the prosecutor appear sensational.

Florida at that time, was not too interested in either public intoxication, nudity or profane language. All three was present in the building that night and someone was to blame. Someone had to pay the price of liberal thinking and behavior.

That was Jim.

Under appeal, Max would have won the case. In the local court where people where elected to office - Jim and Max did not stand a chance
